Two favorites for the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2010 will battle it out in a friendly this Saturday, November 14th in Doha, the capital city of Qatar. Both will have a lot to prove as leaders of their respective groups in qualifying.

After a very smooth qualification process for England winning 9 out of 10 in their group, Fabio Capello will look to try out his team against an equally impressive Brazilian side.
Brazilian coach Dunga, also with a strong showing in the South American qualification process, winning with 34 points, will try out his European based players to test the waters abroad.

With a few key players out due to injury, important decisions will need to be made as to measure the depth of the Three Lions.
While England should be on top of their game, the heat of Qatar could prove to be more challenging for them than their South American opponents.
Playing abroad is essential for this team as England has never won a FIFA World Cup outside of their own country.
Strong leadership will be needed in John Terry (Chelsea) at the center back position to deny any chances on goal that the Brazilians have to offer.

Ranked #1 in the FIFA rankings, Brazil must prove that they are there to stay by beating a worthy opponent.
Winning the South American qualification was a great victory for them, but they did not win either of their last two games, falling to Bolivia away and drawing at home against Venezuela.
Dunga has named four new players to join the ranks of the Seleção.
Included are left backs Fabio Aurélio (Liverpool) and Michel Bastos (Lyon), and two club proven attackers, Carlos Eduardo (Hoffenheim) and Hulk (Porto).
If any of these players want to travel to South Africa next year, they will need to put on a good performance now while they can.
